Outlook 2015 for mac export contacts csv. Convert Your Contact List to a CSV File. To export your contact lists, open Outlook and follow these steps: Go to the File tab and select Open & Export. Select Import/Export to start the Import and Export Wizard. Choose Export to a file, then select Next. Choose Comma Separated Values, then select Next. A work around is: Launch Microsoft Excel. Click the green 'File' tab at the top, left corner of the window, and then click 'Open.' Click the drop-down menu at the bottom, right corner of the window, and then click 'All Files.' Browse to the VCard file that you want to import into Excel and then. Choose to export all contacts or only contacts from a specific folder, and then select Export. At the bottom of the page, select Save to save 'contacts.csv' in your default Downloads folder. Or, select the arrow next to Save and select Save as. Outlook is only designed to export tab-delimited files. However, you can open this file in Excel and save as CSV from there. Open the file from Outlook in Excel and select File menu - Save As. Choose Comma Separated Values (.csv) as your format before clicking the Save button.
